Creativecommons.org is a website where it allows you get a license for something you have created such as a piece of music, photographs and website names. So no one can use it without your permission and so they cant try and copyright it their self's.

Music and sound in short film copyright?
- You could accidentally criticize other peoples work.
- You can copy from the library.
- You can copy for educational purposes.
- You cant directly copy the work.
- You cant rent and lend the copy to the public.
- You cant use sound that people have copyrighted without asking their permission first.
- Ask the owner to be allowed to use the image.
- You can use the image under educational purposes.
- The copyright ends after 70 years and 50 years if the artist/ photographer dies.
- Its now 2015 so you'd be allowed to use photos and videos from 1945 and earlier.
- Check sources of where the image is originally from.
- You can go to prison for copyright.
- Permission from the company/ person who the image belongs to.
- Royalty fees.
